PARTS AND DISTRUBTION
Thermoplastics has the engineering and manufacturing capability to produce parts for all makes of injection molding machines - whether new or obsolete models. Special requirements are made to customers' specifications in our machine shop. Castings are produced for the company by a local foundry.
The Parts Division maintains a large inventory and special machine items are stocked by agreement with customers.

Common replacement parts for Beloit/Deacon machines are readily available as a result of Thermoplastics' acquisition in 1988 of both their manufacturing rights and part prints. Same day shipments of stock items is standard practice. Discounts are available on large quanitity orders.
Parts routinely manufactured in-house includes pins, bushings, tie bars, nuts and washers, piston rods and tubes, wear pads (steel & phenolic), barrels, screws, tips, caps and couplings among other machine components. Thermoplastics serves as a distributor for P/H cylinders.
